5. Consent and withdrawal
When processing relies on consent, you may withhold or withdraw that consent. To stop future WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or contact us using the details above. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and does not require deletion of records that must be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.
